Better to go In-State or Higher Ranked school for premed?

SAT: 2050 GPA: 4.65
I want to go to med school and become a doctor. I decided on TCNJ a while back and was set on with it and loved it, but now I am beginning to consider Haverford, which seems like a better version of TCNJ. However, I am worried that the rigorous science classes at Haverford may make it difficult for me to maintain a high GPA. OR ARE THEYREALLY THAT MUCH MORE DIFFUCULT THAN TCNJ? Am I over exaggerating about the class difficulty? What do you guys think? Should I go to the better ranked school or go with TCNJ (which is actually not a bad school. It's sciences are one of its strongest points). Would I have better chances of maintaining a high gpa (~3.7) at TCNJ than Haverford?
