Bill

Do you guys know when the University Bill is going to arrive?
Do you know what the payment methods are for the bill?

You should already have received your bill, but in case you haven't, you can just check your balance online on Axess (<a href="http://axess.stanford.edu)%5B/url%5D">http://axess.stanford.edu)</a>. You can pay by cash, check, or money order by Tuesday, September 27, the second day of classes. The cashier's office is at Old Union, but on Monday and Tuesday, they will have a bunch of tables with cashiers set up in the second floor of Tresidder Union to facilitate bill paying. There are also drop boxes for your check or money order if you don't want to wait in line for a receipt. It's also not a big deal if you're late a couple days on the bill, in my experience they don't really charge you the $25 late fee.

I haven't received my university bill either. The office told me they were mailed out last week...

I haven't received my bill either. I can check my status online, but the balance does not include any fin aid or scholarships (basically it's full price). What's up with that?!!

I called them and they say just subtract it off yourself... and I got my bill in the mail today.

When you receive your bill, it will say something like Balance $12,000 and Anticipated Aid $5,000, for example. In case, you would just send them a check for $7,000. You could check these two numbers online on Axess as well. If your financial aid amount exceeds your bill, then you'll be receiving a refund check in the mail shortly after the quarter starts.

Oh cool, thanks a lot im_blue and embermad

my bill did not include anticipated aid. perhaps because my scholarship check hasn't been received yet. im fretting...

i called and they said that if your bill doesn't include anticipated award its b/c they haven't cash all the checks yet. also, you can do two things if it doesn't appear before the deadline. 1. pay it and get a refund check when your awards finally process or 2. don't pay and when your checks get processed you'll have any late fees waived.
