I know Binghamton offers a myriad of clubs and organizations and there's a ton of ways to get involved with the campus and school, but what about the social life that isn't related to school events? Are there parties on campus or is it only off campus, are the frats the only people who party, etc.?
Any insight would be much appreciated thanks.

Parties are mostly off campus (in downtown Binghamton). Some have suite or apartment parties but those are generally small and private. A lot of different people party, but the frats are mainly the ones hosting the parties.

I agree with Caemin. But the main party scene is at the bars. There is one strip on State street with a ton of college bars right next to each other. On the weekends, the street is closed off to cars, and there is police on both ends to watch over the party crowd. The bars are easily accessible, and because the road is closed off its very safe. Whether your partying on campus or at a fraternity, state street is probably where you’ll be at the end of the night.
