Who got in and/or who is attending??? I am still waiting for Maryland business school, but Binghamton business school as of now is my top choice. Hope to see you all next year!!!

As well :]

I'm 90% sure that I'm going to Bing.

I'm almost 95% sure that I'm going to binghamton =)

Y is it so hard to get into SOM??

What do you mean..you didn't get in or something?

i got into Bing but not SOM

go for a internal transfer jan89x

Last weekend at admitted students day it was clear that transfers to SOM are very difficult. One person said you need at least a 3.7 GPA. This year >4000 applicants for only 250 seats.

hmmm, i got accepted to som..., but im untimately going to boston college, oh, i dont believe you can do an internal transfer to the school of management

Are you serious retroman?

Wow, I feel incredibly lucky then... I am also REALLY glad I did my best my freshmen year (3.89) and first semester sophmore year when transfer to a CC (4.0).

You know what though, I got accepted to SOM, but not Albany's business program. However, I didn't send the supplement form to Albany because I didn't bother filling it out and then I got my acceptance to Bing and didn't care anymore about Albany. Maybe that was a reason.

Either way, wow, I didn't realize it was so difficult. I'm kind of stunned.

Well, I won't be class of 2011, I'm class of 2009.

SOM is real difficult so Congrats to all who got accepted!!!
I'm in Harpur

What is the GPA requirement for transfer EOP students?
