Still deferred but I’m hanging in haha.

Guess they are sending out RD. My daughter just got her letter in the mail today. Good luck everyone.

Awesome! I’m waiting for my mail; it says on the Status Checker:
“Decision Made: Congratulations! Accepted.”
In addition, I can pay the deposit.

Was starting to worry about the mail; hopefully tomorrow, so this whole thing can blow over. Congratulations Twinmom!
SIDENOTE I’m a twin too, except my twin brother and I are finally splitting up. :p

@Jbryant624…so are my girls. I can’t imagine what it will be like to be so far away from each other on their birthday…sniff, brings a little tear to my eye!

Lol, my mom was getting a bit emotional over the fact as well; even scheduling early FaceTime/Skype sessions!

Truly a stepping stone for all of us. I wish your daughters the best of luck. Who knows, maybe I will get to meet one of them down at Bing in the Fall. :)

@jbryant624… she’ll be easy to spot, she is a tall gorgeous blonde that that will be sitting in engineering class with a bunch of guys.

I got a letter in the mail today! I was not expecting this at all since I forced myself to focus on other things not related to Bing. I’m terribly happy.

can u share your stats?

Can you also post which school since they may operate differently?

I got a letter in the mail on Saturday too but no email. Has anyone gotten an email?
Stats for those curious:
RD ( why did I find out so early?)
SAT 2050 (one session): CR: 660, M: 720, W: 670
GPA: without senior year it’s like a 93 or 94 no 4 point scale. With senior year (which they haven’t seen yet) it’s a lot lower… senioritis might be fatal for me).
5 aps 4 senior year 1 junior.
3 honors classes ( one freshman and two junior.
Umm nothing special with clubs no leadership or anything. No volunteer hours that I listed too minimal to put down.
Fantastic essay I had a teacher read it and she said she loved it and hardly changed it my mom said she got goosebumps.
So yea I’m excited I got into a school that is excellent academically and best of all I would have 0 debt because it’s the only school I applied to that I can afford. But I still have to wait for NYC Ed 2…who I’ll probably say no to for not giving enough aid if I even get in.
So yea can someone answer me back on why I found out so early and why I got no email. Thanks!

well didn’t hear yet from binghamton , but my son got into Penn state university park, so holding out hope

I haven’t heard from Binghamton yet, however my status says “under review” and my friend’s status (who also applied early and got deferred) says “deferred to regular decision”, does anyone know what that means? We are both so confused.

interesting. mine still says deferred.

guys, any idea when we can start to hear back? can my status chnge tomorrow?

I’m still waiting. Who’s with me here?

My daughter still waiting too.

same… getting nervous…any chance we here back before april 1st

Hopefully we start hearing soon. I think I read old poses and starting about 3/6 slowly decisions were being released. If you hear, when you post please add the school since there may be differences in their release schedules.
