Biology SAT II subject test. Hard or Easy?

I am going to retake the chemistry and attempt math I (or should i take math two) on the next SAT date. I am wondering if I should take the biology as well. I am currently enrolled in AP biology and I am wondering if it is really hard (requires a lot of memorization) because I am only half way through the material in the class. If it isn't I think I could just go to the store and buy like a prep-book.

hey i notice this question is from a while ago but if your dilemma wasnt resolved yet, take it from someone who got only a 92 in biology (non AP) and received a score of 790 on the first time taking an sat subject test ;] that it was easy. ive took an ap biology test once that was recommended by my friend and open to all students interested… it was 10 times as hard as the sat biology test, to say the least. i am a sophomore and i took it in the beginning of my sophomore year and studied only leisurely XD just to emphasize how i really didnt try hard and still found it easy. I purchased the barrons sat bio review book, which is easy to read and very informative and cheap too Lol yet it got me a good grade by explaining everything well. the only difficulty is the variety of information you have to learn, it becomes easy once you talk about it and think about the relationships in biology and nature- i hope this all makes sense. I might take AP bio next year or senior year, im guessing your a junior?
btw i made an account just to answer your question lol. =] good luck
