board of goverment fee waiver revoked

that’s really awkward . this is my first semester in community college. I barely started. and I got this email saying my bogw is being revoked in the middle of the semester. and it is asking me pay all the fees that was previously waived by the bogw. and I got this email 11 in the night .

did any one got the similar email or it just me? I even went on my vcccd portal to see the balance but there is no payment due.
