Yeah I got the same at 3 am which is weird. And I’ve been on probation for last semester. I didn’t fail any classes I just had to drop all of them and got Ws for all. But that still put me on probation. So it could be caused by that
@rigo10 I believe most people got them today around 12:30pm. I also didnt get one 
I’m glad I found this forum. I just got the same letter and was totally freaking out, especially since it arrived on Easter weekend at 2am and you can’t get on the site because it’s “down for maintenance.” . WTF?? I have also been qualified for some time and know that I am still qualified. I have a 3.9 GPA, so I know there is no issue with grades. It looked as though they want all the money for the spring semester, even though we are halfway through, or they would drop us and we’d lose all the credit for these classes. What kind of sick joke is this?
I called the financial aid office and they said they have been dealing with this all morning. They said it was a mistake that it was sent and that everyone should have received the follow up email, but they have realized that some people did not receive the “it was a mistake” email. The woman on the phone said that most likely you should not have to worry, but she took down my 900 number and said she would follow up. If I don’t receive a call everything is fine, and if I do something is wrong.
She said to check the VCCCD site in a couple hours because it is down for maintenance. As long as your account says you have a zero balance you are in the clear.
