transfering to baruch won't help you get into stern

to be at all competitive for stern you'd probably have to have a 3.8+ gpa, plenty of people were rejected though with 3.9's tho...assuming youre in that range, your gonna really need to make your app. stand out, good + relevent internships, good recs., etc.

this operates under the assumption that BU is a substantially better school than baruch...I don't think nyu will make much of a differentiation between the schools, if any at all

is 3.0 your gpa? if so, that gpa won't get accepted into stern...anything less than 4.0 from baruch probably won't cut it

nope. but i'm just making an assumption. you know.. worst case scenario?

hopefully i don't get a 3.0 ...

do they look at junior year also? I had a 3.8ish UW , senior year (senioritishaha) 3.5 GPA and i think i can get around a 3.5+ if i'm at baruch.

I know nothing guarantees admission, but do the harder courses (more advance) help chances?

How about the internships? I have one in the summer at this bank. and I'll be having a non paid internship at Ameriacn Express if I plan to stay in the city and attend Baruch...

Thanks for all the overall help. you guys are excellent!
