Boston University ED 2017 applicants stats and Results

my applicant link text changed as well, I’m really not concerned. I highly doubt it’s a real indication of anything serious…

To pass some time…Where do you all want to live? How are you going to go about finding roommates?

basically it’s : “An eligible educational institution, such as a college or university, or a lender of a student loan must get your correct identifying number to file certain information returns with the IRS and to furnish a statement to you.”

warren is my top choice, and the towers are my 2nd choice.

though i’m still unfamiliar with the whole housing process…
do they send you a housing survey thing, like asking about your habits & what you prefer? or is it random? does anyone know how that whole process goes?

I think I want to live in West! seems like a nice place to be socially freshmen year. the rooms themselves look so teensy though!

Is anyone else getting angry? Why do they keep toying with us on twitter if they’re not releasing the decisions?

I live New York. Anyone else? And don’t we have to fill our some sort of survey and thats how they place us? Thats all I’m really going to do for roommates, I do want to dorm in Warren though!!

i heard west was primarily for athletes, since it’s so close to the fields and so far from the rest of campus. do you play sports?

dmaster: i’m beyond irritated with them right now… now it’s not even anticipation, it’s more of “come on, this is ridiculous”
i’ve been so hopeful all day, every day this week… come home as quick as i can, check my email, nothing.

my daughter wants to live on west too! she is a rower

I believe the housing survey is online!

No I don’t, but I like the idea of bring close to the field, and West apparently has the best dining. Plus FitRec is nice and close. I’d be happy in Warren too I think. One or the other!

The official date is the 15. If they release before, it’s nice of them.

Freshman can live in west. Some may want to if they are in CGS, SHA, CFA because they are on the west side of campus. It doesn’t have to be just athletes.

ahh gotcha. didn’t know that.

Has everyone already visited the campus? What did you think?

Hahaha why does everyone think they’re “toying” with you. All they’ve said is that they’re coming out soon (today, tomorrow, or saturday) and to be ready. They’re saying they’re anxious and can’t wait because no one is listening to her assuming that they’ve completed every app.BY. SATURDAY. relax.

In reply to my previous post, I already sent in my latest progress report to them (well my counselor did).

I’m from the east cost.

I LOVED the campus! Never thought i would want to live in the city. Then I went to BU… and i fell in love with it! <3 Boston is such a great city too!

At least we all know, we only need to get through tonight with anxiousness, if nothing comes out of it, then we at least have school to keep us distracted. Next challenge, getting through Friday night without our brains exploding.

Would love to visit it! It was actually the deal my parents had, if I got in or at least was deferred, we would go visit. It’s great how much I’ve fallen in love with BU without visiting. Am I the only one?
