Boston University v/s GW v/s UNC-Chapel Hill for biological sciences?

So far I’ve been accepted into BU and GW but waitlisted at UNC. (and just want to know in case I do manage to get off the list). So its really between GW and BU.

Which college has stronger science programs? For now I’m undecided but I’d most probably want to pursue medicine or something like stem cell research. And undergrad research opportunities are also important to me.
I personally like BU but I noticed they only offer BAs as opposed to BS, so is there a significant difference? Would a BS be better if I want to pursue a science related career?

There’s no difference between a BA and a BS. A BA at one school might take the exact same coursework as a BS at the other. What matters is the courses you take.

I get the sense that Boston U is a bit stronger in the sciences and in health, but I don’t exactly know where that sense comes from- probably my familiarity with BU’s public health school.
