Does anyone know whether Brandeis plans to use the Blue Ribbon application process (expedited decision for certain candidates) this year?

i believe the answer is no, but contact admissions to be sure...http://www.brandeis.edu/admissions/

Not something I'd want to ask admissions directly. According to my son's high school college counselor, Brandeis is not using the Blue Ribbon this year.

Don't ever be afraid to ask the admissions office a reasonable question.

Asking questions shows you care about getting admitted to Brandeis, which only makes you look good.

general questions will be answered by admissions people even if you don't give your name. But soze is right--showing interest is rated positively.

Brandeis isn't using Blue Ribbon this year, but they are developing their own online application, which will be available after the 22nd.

Brandeis is not using the blue ribbon this year. As has been mentioned before they are using the online application. This is directly from speaking with the admissions.

I wanted to add that the blue ribbon was by no means a guarantee for acceptance into the university, just a free form of the application in which your responses was given in February.

Although Brandeis is not using the Blue Ribbon by name this year, some students have received e-mails inviting them to apply using the Brandeis application online and receive an RD decision early, in February.
