Brief question about ACT?

Do colleges matter of which you submit either SAT or ACT.

What If for example ***, I wanted to apply for Harvard, I made a 1860 on SAT I and a 35 on ACT.

Ok now that 35 on the act if they're comparing me to a student who made 2300 on sat I, will my 35 ACT look bad? cause ACT is more easier.

Is there an advantage of submitting an act score

No. There isn't an advantage but send the better score--and ignore the worse score. In this case, don't send your SAT.

The main advantage of the ACT at most colleges is that you don't need to take SAT IIs if you take the ACT with Writing. But I don't know about Harvard's requirements.

But like I feel like If I apply to a nice college, they will see that oh he got a 33 for example, why didnt he take the SAT. Of course act is much easier, but I feel like they would rather choose the SAT over ACT, regarding difficulty levels

I doubt it. There's no clear "SAT is better than the ACT" mentality. It's a choice that you can make. They won't hold it against you that you didn't submit SATs. You could always submit ACT and SATs (as I did) but it's really up to you.
