Haha, 2 more days left. Good luck everyone!

Let’s just all agree to disagree that we have different times because Brown is afraid of a potential server overload. Anymore speculation on whether the different times correlate to admission decisions is going to drive me crazy I swear :/

Its pretty obvious that the times mean nothing. Everyone on the east coast so far (which is the bulk of all applicants) has gonna 5:00. Everyone not on the east coast has gotten 5:30. Stop trying to read every little sign. Just accept that you won’t know your decision until Thursday. Good luck!

I think it’s kind of adorable/revealing that we’re all so interested in thinking about what such a small detail might mean. I would love to go to a school full of equally excited thinkers that isn’t necessarily restricted to Brown though and that’s important for all of us to remember.

Rising sophomore here studying Computer Science and Visual Arts at Brown! Good luck with all your applications, and let me know if you have any questions!

I’m also an international student who’ll be one of the international student mentors next year, so I can definitely answer questions about that too.

Definitely interested in computer science, @TheBlueMarble

Thanks for your offer to answer questions. I’ve heard that Brown Computer Science is one of the most difficult concentrations and that a lot of companies come to campus to meet with students. Any insights?

Hi! I’m interested in Visual Arts at Brown. How is the program there? Are there a lot of opportunities for art shows?

ETA:

How are the visual arts and painting opportunities for those who aren’t concentrating in Visual Arts? Is it a club only for those concentrating in that field?

Honestly, my nerves are awful right now. I love Brown so much and it’s probably my favorite of the four ivies I applied to, and I can’t decide if I should open Brown’s email first or last ldskjfgrehbtn

Eh, I’m gonna save the best for last (Brown). Not that I am expecting too much, I’m trying to fly high in the sky about the situation. We’ll just have to wait and see I guess. Tomorrow will be very, very, very nerve racking. Just the thought of it sends shivers down my spine.

For some reason, I am not that nervous nor am I really anxious anymore. I doubt that will be the case as soon as tommorow comes around though… Won’t be able to check decisions until like 8pm so that will be nerve-wrecking!!
