First you log into your portal. Then you click on “View your admission decision” and your decision letter appears.

Besides Brown, I’ve only finished my apps for CWRU, UCB/UCLA/UCSD, and Wesleyan. USC and Reed are almost done, but I’ve got a lot of work left on everything else. This process has brought out the procrastination in me, but I’m really happy with all of my essays so far. It’s amazing how many times I can rip off my Brown essays for other schools. ;)

@DiscipulusBonus I think every essay that I’ve written, besides for the MIT ones, has content from Brown’s essays.

I had my interview this morning at a Starbucks, and my interviewer walked up to me while I was casually reading. I stood up to shake her hand, and I guess my purse (which was hanging on my chair) was heavy, so my chair fell over. I sat down, and there was no chair, so I fell glad on the ground… The rest of the interview went really well, and it lasted about an hour. At least Brown will know the real me, and all of my clumsy glory… :-SS

@epancotti Don’t worry about it. One of the admissions officers told our info session group that one girl was so nervous that she threw up on her interviewer… and still got in.

I would think that’s funny and memorable. You would def stick out in my mind if I were the interviewer lol.

NO! Really hope it’s not December 12th… That’s my 18th birthday :(

God I’m a nervous wreck! I want the decision date to hurry up and be here, but I also want it to take its precious time. Sigh. The agony…

For all those complaining about interviews… I just got contacted about an interview today :((

Someone should make the Brown Class of 2019 ED Results thread. I won’t, because I don’t understand the HTML formatting you’re supposed to use. :))

I tried to make a thread…

It says early december in the site… wouldn`t call 15th early anything

The anticipation is KILLING ME. I sometimes can’t even breathe.

Will they be revealing the decision date? Oh gosh, what does “Early December” even mean anymore. -sigh-

Good luck to everyone. Seriously, the fact that y’all did ED is impressive.

I was on looking at Brown Admissions’ Twitter (to see when they announced the decision date lat year–it was on December 9th, and the decisions were released on the 12th at 5pm EST) and I saw their ALS ice bucket challenge video…it made me smile: <a href=“Brown Admission Takes the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on Vimeo”>http://vimeo.com/104046129

Does this mean that the people who are reading (or have read?!) our apps are actually human? Quite possibly, but I’ll have to get back to you on that.

Aw shucks.

Rooting for us all! Hopefully we’ll all be able to meet each other some day on campus!!!

(as I say while hyperventilating)

For those of us who get in, there will probably be some kind of Facebook group we can meet each other.

I went back to last year’s forum for Early Decision applicants and I felt stressed just looking at THAT. Next week is going to be roughhh. Heavy Breathing

@zephyrous: Nice! I guess I’ll keep my eye on Twitter like…everyday.

I feel like I’m going through a rollar coaster of emotions. One minute I’m excited thinking about going to Brown and hoping my essay and everything were good enough, and other times I feel like I’m doomed to be denied, and then I know it’s most likely to get deffered and then I have to wait in agony until regular decision. Ugh. And I’ve only gotten one acceptance from my safety school which I really don’t want to go to.

Wrong thread, sorry.
