I actually throw up a little when people ask me where I have applied. Just saying it makes me unbelievably anxious.

Am I the only one who feels like crying when they see in other ED threads that people with 4.0.s and 2300s got deferred?

Brown just announced on their website that they’ll release early decisions on Dec. 11, 5 pm EST. O_O

THAT IS NEXT ■■■■■■■ WEEK. OH MY GOD.

do people shave their heads when they get in a uni in your countries?

I am so nervous. Please just tell me!

Never mind, I found it! <a href=“Undergraduate Admission | Brown University”>Undergraduate Admission | Brown University;

@Andycoyote23 Holy crap, yes! I see be bunch of applicants with 2300+, nearly 4.0, and strong ECs. Nearly half were deferred ED. However, nearly half were accepted, so that’s nice…

Quick survey: what are the best and worst parts of your application?

Best: Course load, academic interest essay.
Worst: Interview, counselor rec.

are the stats on your brown profile updated for any of you ? on the app status site…

Ahhh that’s so close!! I’m not ready for this man.

OH MY GOD WERE SO CLOSE (to probably being told that we have to wait 4 more months)

Best: SAT/GPA, Interest in school, Interview

Worst: ECs are highly subjective, white applicant from NJ…

Best: Essays, teacher recs
Worst: test scores

Best: GPA, academic course load, extracurriculars, teacher recs

Worst: I don’t know how to feel about my essays, ACT

Best: extra curriculars, essays, interest, interview, course load

Worst: test scores, class rank possibly. I’m in the top 3% of my class but that’s 17 out of 550 -_-

Same as @ajerid

Best: Extra Curriculars, Essays, Interview, Teacher/Counselor Recs

Worst: ACT (just average) and class rank, except I’m only in the top 4% of 450 students. Also from California, which is the most over-represented state.

application status will be delivered on Thursday, December 11th at 5 p.m.
BRACE YOURSELVES!

You guys have no idea how dumb I feel. On the Common App I said my highest ACT composite and highest subscores were from the December 2014 test and obviously that’s wrong because that test didn’t even happen yet. I totally meant 2013.

I’M GOING TO GET REJECTED NOW, crying.

Lol just kidding, they’ll obviously understand my mistake because I sent my official scores right? ugh I feel so stupid and embarrassed

Where did you see the date and time for decisions?
