my SSR is missing too, I called them they said it may not be processed yet

I have a feeling that it’s just a glitch if ALL of us are missing our SSR and we all know it’s been sent in. I’m sure we would get an email or something if it was an issue

I have faxed my College Official’s Report and my SAT Waiver together to the school, but just now I have checked and saw that COR is recorded on file but the status of SAT remains the same. Is it right? Should I call the office for a confirmation? Thanks!

Giant Peach, I’ve physically sent and faxed my waiver in and it still hasn’t shown up. Feel free to call and tell us what you find out, but from my understanding the waiver should be on file but won’t show up online.

YAY, They finally entered my SSR!

These next three weeks need to go by asap.

Brown probably has four copies of my secondary school report by now, haha. But it’s marked as received now at least.

lol. i just looked at last year’s number…it doesn’t look good…Thank goodness I applied to Northwestern as well. LOL.

@ mouse9020-- Link?

@griffinmyers–I called and it turned out just as what you said. They are really nice, compared to some other schools’ officials–that’s maybe because I called too often. LOL

almost every college has a thing called Common data set. you can google it.

Ugh…i registered for my classes for next year…i so need to get the heck out of here!

Finals Study Break!

@Mouse9020

After I finished planning out my next semester here at my current college, I was left with a very weird feeling. I have yet to disclose my intentions to transfer with my friends here. I am in the same classes with many of them, and I am rooming with another. It is crazy, and I feel almost guilty. i cannot deny that I have enjoyed my experience at my current college, I just need access to bigger and better opportunities. I think after the initial shock, my friends will understand. But I will save that discussion until after finals are over.

@NEU2NU

Misery loves company…? With housing, greek life, and social plans having been made (what seems like months ago) for the upcoming semester, I feel very detached from everything. I want so badly to share my anxiety and excitement with my school friends, but I’ve kept it quiet for so long that it would be difficult to explain so late in the game. Oddly enough, I won’t find out until AFTER i’ve returned home for the summer, so it’ll be strange if I leave here for good without having mentioned it.

Anyone else wishing we’d all just magically find out today?

@NEU2NU:
Yeah that has been my biggest struggle whether to transfer or not…because the people at my current college are interesting and smart, professors are for the most part really awesome and the academics here aren’t terrible (just too focused on biology, which i’m not interested in)…it’s hard to just leave my friends. Plus I might have to tell them over facebook that I may not be coming back next year…so…
it’s a mess overall basically…

Has anybody else’s application info disappeared on the website? It no longer lists the dates they processed all of my materials, it only has my general information

My information is missing too… now I have to try to resist speculating… ;p

@okm, mouse,

Unless Brown sends out the decisions early next week, I will have to let my friends know electronically… which I don’t want to do. There are quite a few relationships that I do not want to sever. But if Brown, Oberlin, NU, or NEU accept me than it will have to be done, and my friends & I will have to experience that awkward moment. I think I would find a way to tell them in person. I will have a couple free long weekends that I have at my disposal. I feel worst about abandoning my future roommate…

End Rant

Well, I applied last year as well (denied!), and I can tell you that the info disappeared on pretty much the same exact day. In early May certain people’s status’ started changing to “Spring” and it seems like all of those people got in for Spring. I got my decision around May 17th. So now you know exactly what to expect, haha.

College: Emerson College
GPA: 4.0
HS grades: Top 10% of the class
SATs: 2020
I also live in Providence, which may help…

Any shot?

How do we check our missing material if they are all gone? I missed SSR and today I found the information are all gone…

@arcade

I remember watching the discovery of the spring semester indicator last year on CC… if they are using the same system than I think we can expect to see that happen again.

@2010move

You’re going to have to call them…
