Now you can get a B.A. from Brown and a B.F.A. from RISD in a new five-year dual-degree program for folks admitted in April 08

I wish you could get in on this now as a student now.

That's awesome. Will it apply to BFAs in Architecture, too?

Yes, I believe so, but it will probably take you 6 years instead of 5 (it's a 5 year program for a regular student at RISD). Same I think for graphic design or other professional programs.

How cool would it be (though VERY difficult, forget about having free time) to get a Civil Engineering degree from Brown and a degree in Architecture from RISD.

You'd be a badas*

You currently CAN get a BFA and a degree of somekind from from Brown without the dual-enrollment program. I know of a guy getting a glass blowing degree from risd and an engineering degree from Brown
