<p>Does the RiSD app have to be at RiSD by February 15th, or just postmarked?</p>

<p>Please respond. It is a matter of whether or not I can afford more than four hours of sleep a night until my RiSD drawings (cue sound of paper violently tearing!) are done.</p>
