I’m the opposite. I haven’t reread anything since I submitted it. If I find a mistake I’ll stress about it until D-Day, so I just don’t look. 
I reread my stuff so meticulously and had so many people look over it that I made sure grammar wasn’t an issue. The weird thing for me when looking over my writing is that it sounds so much less mature than it sounded when I wrote it. I guess your personal voice can mature a lot over three months lol.
Rereading college essays is just a recipe for disaster, imo…I can’t stress out about it at this point!
For what it’s worth, my D had four schools listed on her idoc as requesting docs and she was denied at one, WL’ed at two and accepted at one. So I think it means absolutely nothing.
I haven’t looked at any of my past essays yet. I’ll just wait till all decisions are in. I actually don’t even remember what I wrote for some of my schools tbh
I hate that the ivies all reply on the same day. It’s like they are conspiring to create suspense and drama.
I am freaking out the freaks. I just had a major meltdown in my school hallways (I live in India so its 11 am here) and yelled at my friend for not withdrawing his Brown application when he got into Hopkins. I’m losing it man. :(( :-SS
Brown will be my first rejection if nothing favors me :’( Dream school rejecting me will KILL me more than random school I applied to for the sake of it :’(
I need help with coping. The buildup to NYU’s decision gave me diarrhea for 2 days because of the stress. That was freaking NYU the stress for Brown is next level. ANY TIPS?

Almost 1 day to a plethora of rejections
Cornell, Brown and Dartmouth tomorrow…have to wait all day until 10:00pm GMT. Ahhhhhfhfjf

Time is weird.
I have given up all hope. I was denied Swarthmore, and of all places, the University of Minnesota wait listed me. That’s Minnesota, MINNESOTA!! That was my 8th choice, guarantee to get in, if all else fails school. All that work and I get wait listed by a college I didn’t even really want to go to. Maybe I will do a 5th year of high school and start this all again next year, I don’t know. Goodbye Brown, thanks for the interview, at least that was fun.
