@India1234 I went into CAB, it said “welcome A*****,” and I went to calc II to see what would happen, and it said, “Level Restriction - You are not in the approved level to take this course as explained in the detailed class information for this section.” This is probably what it’s like for everyone.
Hi guys. So I just had my interview through skype, and it only lasted 15-20 min :(. I was expecting much more and destroyed my room to get the perfect lighting… and it was short lol. He just gave me the standard interview of asking simple questions, and he only had time for 3 questions from me; he seemed like he was in a rush. And I am so nervous about how I did. He did say he could tell I was “very well informed” about the school though.
@seirien don’t worry about how long it lasted!! you should feel proud of yourself and relieved that your entire application is done now

Is it a bad sign if I still haven’t been contacted about an interview? I even emailed them about it, but they just responded back saying an alumnus would contact me. That still hasn’t happened…
@classofeternity the date for interviewers to submit their interview notes about the applicant was yesterday…
@classofeternity maybe there weren’t any alums in your area. Quick question: when you log onto your portal and go to CAB to select courses, do it say welcome, (name here)?

It lets me into other Brown student things like the advising website but when I tried to like actually click the orientation stuff it wouldn’t let me in. How about you guys?
To clarify, I emailed them like 3 weeks ago and they responded a while ago as well. I guess there were no alumni in my area which makes sense, but no skype interview? Also I can get into both the course catalog and advising website.

@India1234 I see the advising site now. It says my name but I don’t have privileges to the orientation page or test score page. Not sure what this all means. Probably nothing!
@India1234 same. the advising site lets me in but the orientation site says “Error: you do not have the privileges to access that resource”. Under advising, in the “Concentrations” section, it says “No preferred concentrations found”…but I definitely did not apply as undeclared haha. Is this the same for anyone? I’m sure this doesn’t mean anything though
I have the same as all of you guys ^ I wish it meant something but probably doesn’t :’(
