<p>^^ My school ends really late too (June 20something, with snow days), which could be a problem, because I'm registered for a mini-course starting June 24. So I'm pretty much hoping that the weather is good from here on out (I'm off to a good start, it was beautifuly today!).</p>

<p>I am about to apply to the Brown program. And i can't decide between towo courses. Does anyone know anything about "Abnormal Psychology and Psychopathology" or "Digital Video Production" ???</p>
<p>I think the 1st choice sounds more, i dunno, "browny"? lol. but I mean, you could take digital video production anywhere, for a lot less money, and I'm sure the teacher would be just as good. I'm sure abnormal psychology would have a lot of amazing discussions and you would learn a lot more than you would anywhere else.</p>

<p>^^^of course! just have to send in that deposit...i'm going to take my time with that, though. :) My dad said the only way I could go is if I took public speaking (i don't know why, i'm a BIG talker!), but he let me choose my alternate so i'm hoping stupid public speaking will fill up and i'll get to take the course I really want! but really, i just want to be away from home at brown, so I really don't care what course i'm in!</p>

would it be possible to take a train one Saturday morning and return that evening?</p>
<p>^^^yeah, i was wondering that too because my mom wants me to visist some fam in boston, but then again, i only have 1 weekend at brown so I probably won't go.</p>

<p>that talks about if you're staying overnight, but I'm not sure if that answers your questions if it's a day trip... I feel like I read that somewhere on the website, but I can't remember now. :( I'd recommend just calling Brown if you can't find it.</p>
