<p>My cousin went to brown. He told me he is going to call the university to try to boost my chances of gettig in. He was a straight A student who attened PLME. Will this increase my chances at PLME and the university?</p>

<p>I would think it would help...a graduate of the program who is a practicing doctor at harvard, who personally calls/writes a letter/talks to adcoms. Of course they are going to look at my applicaton to see if i meet the basic credentials...such as GPA, SAT, ec's, etc... but wouldn't this give me a higher chance ?</p>
<p>No, not really. They don't have the same ppl always evaluating your app, they don't do interest tracking, and it migh tbe annoyign to them</p>
