Can I retake the picture for my BruinCard at orientation?

If they sent it to you already, no, unless you want to pay $22

haha...i guess i'm stuck with what I have

ouch

$22 isn't that bad to have a picture you like. The card stays with you all 4 years so down the road it's worth re-taking it now.

...you're the one who sent them the picture, you know.

Also, after a while your card is going to stop reading so well, so you can just take it to them and they'll get you a new one (perfect opp. wink wink)

i think they charge you $5 or $10 or something to replace a worn out bruin card now.

hmmm...so would I take a new pic to replace the picture on my "worn out" card?

just looked it up on ask bruin card Untitled Page

replace lost/stolen: $22
replace damaged (old one must be present): $6.25
get new card with new photo: $22

Hole punch your card on the magnetic strip.

LOLRAY
how'd you think that up?

Why does it matter? Are you that worried about how you look? Worry about doing good in your classes and not some silly picture.

Who is ever going to look at the photo? Do you have a crush on a library clerk?

people HAVE punched on the magnetic strip by accident xD

seriously, no one looks at your bruincard. just you. eventually the picture gets all scratched and dull and it stops bugging you so much. and then your senior year everyone gets all nostalgic and pulls out their cards to look at people's pictures... ;)

eww no me gusta my bruincard pic! the person at kinkos told me not to smile since it's like a passport picture. mine is getting worn out and the rip might go through the magnetic strip. by senior year, i hope my picture isn't there b/c it's worn out or i've already replaced it!

You could carry around a wallet-sized photo of yourself that you think looks amazing and whenever you show your BruinCard, hand them the other one too so they can see you're actually gorgeous.

LOL themovies. That seems like too much work.

well if you want to be ridiculously good looking, you gotta do work mobile.
