First, this is not a chance thread! Please keep that in mind... :D (Though I realize that I'll probably end up sounding like a whiny/over-worried prick, so I apologize in advance.)

I currently have B+'s in two classes, AP Studio Art and AP English Literature. Even if I ace every remaining assignment in the classes, I'll still be a few points away from A-'s. (One point in APSA and ten or so in APEL; neither are negotiable.) How much will two B+'s in senior year first semester hurt a student who usually receives straight A's? (I have received 2 B's in the past; one as a sophomore in AP Euro, and one as a junior in AP US.) Will Yale look upon this as a "downward trend"?

Possibly relevant additional information:
-While I'm a prospective biology/science-related major, I put an emphasis on art and art-related activities (teaching photoshop classes at Chinese school, etc.) in my application and in my Common App essay.
-My total GPA (which doesn't include senior year grades yet) is 3.95 UW, 4.23 W.
-My senior year courseload consists of 6 AP classes and 1 college prep class (econ/gov)

Thanks in advance for reading and replying!
