BS/MD Program options? Low GPA High SAT

Hello, all. This is my first post and I have a few questions.
First off, I really, sincerely want to become a neurologist and I have made this my decision.
Planning to do premed
But my GPA is kinda low... too low actually.
And I want to know what I need to score on the SAT to have a chance at a BS/MD Program
Stats.....

GPA: 3.267/4.0 (Unweighted; Plan to bring up to 3.45)

SAT: I'm leaning toward 2200, but please let me know if this isn't good enough.

Extracurriculars:

I volunteer when I can, when I do, its usually at my school.
Policy Debate: Placed in a couple tournaments
Placed 3rd in Medical Spelling
Got past online testing in State competition for Medical Spelling

Plan to volunteer a good 200 hours or more (probably more) this summer at a hospital.

My extracurriculars are weak, I know, so please recommend more community service/volunteer things I should do.

I know the higher end BS/MD programs are outta my league but I want a shot at the lower end ones (UMKC, etc.)

Thank you.

Your best BSc/MD bet is definitely at schools where you do not formally apply to the accelerated med stream until you’re actually in that college.

Rutgers is one I know of that works this way.
