YASSS OMG I got in! I was literally rejected from everywhere: Boston College, UChicago, JHU, and UNC Chapel Hill, and waitlisted at UWashington. The only place I was accepted was my state school UCONN! I feel so pleased right not but BU costs A LOT so idek if I’ll go there

@iloveepee That is becoming common with many schools now. They accept you but defer your entrance date with the understanding that you attend someplace else first. Good luck.

Honestly what’s wrong with BU this year? A ton of people on this thread deserve an acceptance and it’s absurd that they didn’t get in. I was accepted, but didn’t receive a scholarship or the honors even though I spent hours on my application. I received a scholarship from Northeastern and was admitted to the BC honors program. It’s just not what I expected and I will not be attending BU.
@MassDaD68 They want you to maintain a 3.0 and will request course syllabi/transcripts. Are they going to scrutinize those things, or do they just want to make sure you’re on the right track?
accepted with 31 ACT. Clubs: Yearbook Editor, President of Student Government. 5.3/5.5 GPA. Varsity golf state champion all 4 years.
DD admitted! 30 ACT and 4.2 weighted GPA…unfortunately no financial offer so she will be unable to attend 
She did not have housing access yesterday.

I also talked it over with my mother, and she told me not to stress because she knows how much I love this university and that we’ll figure it out.
lol got in with exactly $0 in scholarships/financial assistance. basically impossible to go to but im happy i got in!

33 ACT 3.87UW 38k award and accepted with Honors college! Just feeling very lucky at this point and I hope everyone finds the right college for them!

I am not able to view my decision. When I hit the button login, nothing happens and the browser comes back to the original login page, completely blank.

For example, my D’s admission letter says the financial aid offer is TENTATIVE. What does that mean? I have no idea. The aid offered is not high enough to attend, and if she decides she wants to go to BU, we will contact FA and ask for “consideration that would enable her to attend”, including scholarship/grant, work study. Loans you have to pay back, less interested in that and not asking about that, focus on the other parts.
Before the decisions were posted, what did your financial aid requirements tab look like? For a US applicant it has FAFSA, CSS etc.
