Bucknell University Foreign Language Requirement

Kind of a specific question:

On Bucknell’s website, it states that “All applicants are required to have completed a minimum of two years of a foreign language (in the same language) in secondary school for all of Bucknell’s degree programs.”

However, I have technically only taken 1 year of foreign language in high school (Secondary School). This is because I took 2 high school accredited Spanish classes in middle school.

Does this automatically mean I can’t apply?

I would not be afraid to call/emaill the admissions rep assigned to your area to get a clear answer.

If you took Spanish 3 you should be fine. I would just go ahead and apply.
