bus to ucla

is there a bus to ucla from lax? and do you have to make a lot of transfers?

you could do a blue van.

you can take a shuttle, a taxi, or the bus which will take about 2 hours haha.

the big blue bus line 3 goes from UCLA to lax. but it could take a while

The supershuttle is convenient and the cost is $15. More info is at supershuttle.com

There is another thread on this topic:
<a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=196519&highlight=culver+city%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=196519&highlight=culver+city</a></p>

I use supershuttle and it works. Reliable and not too slow.

do you have to make a reservation for the supershuttle, if you're going alone?

and it looks like its 22 bucks to ucla? and do i have to wait for the supershuttle to be full? it takes 9 passengers.

oh nvm i read the other thread.

but, does the supershuttle usually fill up fast?

I usually take the Big Blue Bus (cheap but slow) or the Prime Time Shuttle (expensive but fast) between UCLA and LAX, depending on traffic conditions and time of day.

The supershuttle fills up fast. You do not need reservations from LAX to UCLA. You may need reservations from other airports, check the supershuttle web site. Going from UCLA to LAX requires reservations.

Supershuttle fills up fast if you consider circling the airport for an extra half hour fast.
