i have been trying to start different business clubs for after school for about 6 months(including the summer) however the only business teacher in our school keeps turning them down. In order for an "experimental club"to become a full time "official club" we need a teacher in a relative field to be our adviser(only requirement i cant meet). The business teacher is already an adviser for FBLA and instead of creating a new club he wants me to implement my ideas into FBLA. However FBLA in our school is known to be a bit sub par and the students in the club are completely unmotivated to do anything. Even the teacher acknowledges this.

What should i do?

Also is anybody has any successful business clubs in thir school can u please describe what they do , how they do it , etc.

Business club ideas and suggestions are welcome too!

business club is actually a very good idea, but the thing is business clubs always lie under the shadow of DECA, which is kinda like a bigger organization of students' business clubs.

In DECA (for every school), we have like many smart fund raising activities, and competitions (which are the most important part of DECA.) Since DECA is a nationwide (and even internationally in some South American countries), the competitions have different levels such as region level, states, and internationals. Competitions are the most important thing in DECA because people actually learn a lot about business if they participate in the competitions. And of course you can't "found" DECA. You need to have your business teacher register and stuff to start the DECA club in your school.

I would say it would be really hard to found just a business club by yourself and get a teacher that does not know about business to be the adviser. I mean you can do all kinds of business related activities, but you still can't do the competitions, which only belong to DECA. One thing you can do is to talk to your teacher about DECA and convince her to register to make DECA club in your school.
