Busing for Northwood

Hey I was wondering which bus to use if I am staying in Northwood Houses and need to commute to the diag pretty much everyday.

Also, where is the most convenient bus stop location for Northwood? btw I'm a freshman so i think i'll be in the Northwood 3 houses on hubbard and murfin..

thanks

Fastest is Bursley bus stop, just across the street in the back lot of Bursley. 2 minute walk away.

You can also take the Northwood stop, which is right there, but iirc it first goes around all the rest of Northwood, so it’s just too long to bother with. Stick to Bursley. If you’re going to class when it’s super crowded, go up the street to the earlier stops at Baits. If you don’t mind a 5 minute walk or so, you can also just walk to the big stop in front of the Dude.

The best would be Northwood Express, but it only operates in the mornings.

bump-

Just curious…for football games, which bus do you recommend taking? Do they go all the way south to the Big House, or do we need to walk a lot?

take a bus to central, and then walk from there – it’s not that bad

oh ok, yeah that’s what i assumed

I’m the world’s biggest wuss, and walking from CC Little to the stadium is no big deal. It’s actually kind of fun, feels like walking in a parade once you get to state street. :)

haha good to hear man…and yeah i’ve been to my fair share of games and it feels awesome
