<p>It says your admission will be rescinded if you have any grades less than a C. I assumed that to be a D or F, but I got a C- in an AP class, and it has me worried. The (unweighted) GPA for that is still a 2.0, our school doesn't change the gpa based on pluses or minuses, but they do include the signs on the transcripts that colleges see.</p>

<p>I don't think you're in trouble, as far as I know the UC schools count a C- as a C. They have to, because many (most?) high schools don't use +/- distinction. It wouldn't be fair otherwise.</p>
