Cal American Cultures Requirement

<p>I was going through my orientation, and learned that I have not taken the only course articulated to fulfill that requirement at my cc. I was wondering if it is possible to petition to have them consider my other courses for it (history of chicanos, art of america..).</p>

<p>Any one know if I can do that?</p>

<p>You need to take it at another CC.</p>

<p>You can fulfill this once you’re at Cal. It’s not a requirement for transfer. As for petitioning, you can always try. They’ll most likely want to see the class syllabus.</p>
