Would one be able to experience this event to the fullest if they went with their parents or on their own. What events are parents generally supposed to go to? I was thinking about going up on Friday and staying with a friend on campus that night then doing the cal day thing on Saturday. Or I could do the same thing if my parents came except not have the ability to go to a party and have to stay at some sort of inn/hotel :).

Personally, I would have both you and your parents look up the entire schedule of events (there are literally hundreds of things o_O from department receptions to football practice; complete list can be found on the Cal Day website). Make a list of anything and everything that interests you, and take your own path through the day.

yes. plan your day. :)

You and your parents are likely to mostly go to different events, meeting sporadically, but perhaps joining up for things like a dorm tour.

What’s worth going to?

my dorm. i’ll be naked. free shows every 30 minutes until cops/ra comes.

^
partyy ~! ochem party

Batman17 - becoming reknowned for either naked or lolling interminably in a stall in the bathroom (or both)

lemme just say that my roommates don’t know i was naked the entire 3 out of 4 days during thanksgiving break when i was alone and i slept on the couch too. hahaha
