<p>Only Transfer Students have an age limit of 28.</p>
<p>It was 24 then AB2813 changed to 28 in 2006 starting the 2007-08 academic year.</p>
<p>A Transfer Student is submitting a Community College 2.4 GPA or over & transferring from a community college to a 4yr University. </p>
<p>Community college GPAs are 24 or more semester units, or its equivalent, regardless of the grade received.</p>
<p>Community Colleges may send these records electronically to the Commission, that same student may also had been attending a University. </p>
<p>Fill out the Commissions G-6 Transfer Entitlement Certification form soon to determine your a transfer student or not.</p>
<p>The certification can also be submitted online at. "WebGrants for Students”. http:mygrantinfo.csac.ca.gov</p>
<p>If your not a transfer student the Commission will consider you for competitive grant, If they know before they start competitive grants.</p>
<p>Apply for a Cal Grant no matter what. </p>
<p>From your FAFSA and The G-4 Cal Grant GPA verification form, the California Student Aid Commission will determine you for all Cal Grant eligibility. They want to provide you grant aid.</p>
