<p>We are in Thousand Oaks (Ventura County) and my daughter hasn’t heard yet nor have any of her friends.</p>
<p>I noticed on last year’s threads that people started hearing about their admissions on Feb. 9 so maybe some of us will start getting some news on Monday. I am so nervous because they have so many applicants that they even have to turn away some straight A students. Of all the schools we visited, my daughter had the most positive response to this one.</p>

<p>I’m sure this has nothing to do with Cal Poly but my daughter heard from San Jose State yesterday and Long Beach this morning. I hope they are all on the same schedule.</p>
<p>I was accepted by SJSU yesterday (my first acceptance woot!), and am waiting on Cal Poly to round out my CSU’s.</p>

<p>There’s still plenty of time left for them to send out decisions. I was a little surprised I got a reply so soon.</p>

<p>My daughter’s friend got in today, I don’t know her major. The only good thing is that my daughter is higher than her in the class rankings, so I have more confidence that she will get in eventually.</p>
<p>I was just accepted to Cal Poly as a Journalism major last night. 
My acceptance showed up first in my Cal Poly Portal, and I now have the option to accept/decline admission. However, I haven’t received an e-mail yet. So to those who are still waiting… CHECK YOUR PORTAL! Good luck to everyone!</p>

<p>^BengalBrat. Congratulations. My D check her portal yesterday afternoon and found out that she was accepted and the official email was sent to her last evening. Great email from them. Makes it all seem very exciting. Good luck to everyone still waiting!</p>
