I have been trying to switch from calc 2 to calc 1 and this morning a bunch of classes opened up on ISIS but they all are under a list that says “The following sections are for non-enginnering students only”. As a Computer Science major in the college of engineering does that mean I am not allowed to take any of these sections? Will they kick me out if I take these sections and not give me the credit or something?
That’s weird. My major is Computer Engineering and MAC 2311 is one of the critical tracking courses for that class.
It is for me as well I’m just trying to figure out if I can take one of these listed sections!
e-mail your college advisor and ask… but I bet it doesn’t cause any issues. The main concern is getting those that have it on their critical track (like engineers) into the class. If not, missing calc 1 will push these majors back a semester to graduate. They likely added more classes so the non-engineers/ could also get into a section.
