Calc 2 and 3, improve my chances?

I'm a sophomore in high school and I want to improve my chances of getting into an Ivy League / highly ranked university. Currently my main goal school would be Berkeley (college of Engineering).

Freshman year I took one "Accelerated" class, and that was English. It was the only accelerated class offered, and my school doesn't really have many "AP" classes.
This year, my schedule is as follows:
Speech (required)
Accelerated Biology
Wellness (required)
Trigonometry
Business Technology
French 1
Accelerated English

Next semester I am also taking an Extended Learning Internship, which is basically a "create your own class" based around an area of intense interest.

Next year I plan to take Honors Chemistry, Calculus, Dual-enroll US History, Drawing (to meet Berkeley's one year of visual arts requirement), French 2, Honors English, Economics, and possibly another Extended Learning Internship.

Senior year, I should be taking AP Physics, AP French, AP World Lit, US Government, probably another ELI, and then I will also take Calculus 2 and 3 a my local University of Idaho. Is this a good idea? How many people do this, and will it make me stand out?

What things can I do to make myself more likely to get in to really good schools? I'm in quite a few ECs:

Idaho drug free youth,
Latah county youth advocacy council,
Business professionals of America,
Knowledge Bowl,
Future problem solvers,
Environmental Club

I am involved in 2 sports per year also.

Thanks for the help!

Worth noting also, I have a 4.0 GPA and am going to keep it that way.
