calc or stats

ok, calc AB and BC is offered at my school. i was thinking to take ap stats instead of calc for an easier senior year. here is my schedule so far:

ap chem
directed study
ap macro/micro econ
ap govt
ap lit
band
ap stat

i want to go to Ga Tech and major in chemistry. i think it would be better for me to take calc, but idk if i should take that kind of workload. what do u guys think?

If you don't want a tough courseload then just take AB Calc instead of BC, that way you still take calc without having to much work senior year

i was thinkin about that, but stats is really easy at my school. pretty much everyone is guaranteed an A. can colleges even see first semester grades from senior year if you already sent in an app?

Neither are that hard, you might as well take BC cause it's AB with 1 more hard topic.

yeah they see your first semester grades

Yeah your counselor needs to send out a mid-year report.

I took honors calc/stat. Calc. in the fall and statistics in the spring. I don't know if your school offers it, but that's what i did. Turned out okay even though i missed calculus in the spring.

You need the calc if you are a science major. Take both Stats and Calc.
