I’m a junior. I’m not doing well in this class. I have a low B in the course. I don’t really think I can pass this. But taking that exam is required by the school. Just learned integral. Is there any study tips or exam strategies for me in order to get a"3"? If I can’t pass that, I heard that would negatively affect my college admission. Is that true?

You might want to practice all of the differentiation/integration rules, since knowing how and when to apply the rules will greatly help you.
And AP scores generally don’t factor very much into college admissions, although grades in AP classes do.
