Hi, I’m transferring to Baruch college this fall. For lib minor I wanted to take math and I’ve already taken Calc I in my previous college. But I’m kind of scared to take it as I’ve heard it’s kinda hard, especially in Baruch. I like math, so I’m conflicted. Can anyone, who has already taken these classes at Baruch give me any suggestion?
Thank you!

See if you can get an old calculus 1 final exam from Baruch and try it to check your knowledge of the material in Baruch’s course.

Baruch’s Calc is difficult and the school does dept. finals not finals by your professor, which could be more difficult if your professor isn’t a good one. If you’ve completed calc already and baruch accepted the transfer credit of 2206 or 2207; you’re done with math and might now want to risk your gpa if you do not have to.
