Cali CC student- where should I try transfering to?

I had a weighted 4.5 gpa through Junior year High School but had a little anorexia problem and ended up in inpatient rehab my senior year, so my grades all plummeted right in time for application submissions (ddnt have time to explain I literally entered treatment the week of deadlines). So with all of my varisity sports (13 yr competative swimmer), science and international clubs, myriad comm service, 8 APs and stellar (if i do say so myself:) essay, I got rejected from 12 schools. And these werent ivys (only ivy was brown)... Im talking U Del U Maryland etc. My SAT was 2250 but idk if that still applies as a transfer.

I now attend Santa Monica Comm Coll in CA (Im from Mass but I moved to break away from my less than healthy household), and I volunteer at a prestigious museum, support myself and pay for school/living etc, and have some interesting life experiences... I hope to get straight A's in all my classes and join a club. Im also doing an Ironman 70.3 if any colleges care lol.

Where in the world should I look to apply? I know it sounds stupid but Id rather not go to UCLA I dont like it there... Id like to major in Urban studies or env. something or ecology because I want to go to grad school for architecture.

ALSO could I transfer after 1 year only (not complete my assoc. degree)? Thanks for reading!

What is your current GPA? There are a ton of CSU and UC schools. Usually your GPA will indicate which schools are in reach and which may be a stretch. Also I’m 99% certain you need 60 semester units in order to transfer. I’ve heard of 1 year transfers with the help of prior AP classes and a big course load get 60 units in a year but its very tough.
