Cali community college to Cal Poly Pomona or SLO

Whats the average GPA for students transferring from a California community college (CCC) to Cal Poly Pomona or SLO as either a Aerospace Engineer or a Electrical Engineer?

Can a student with a GPA below a 3.0 get into these schools from a CCC as either a Aerospace Engineer or a Electrical Engineer?

other information is appreciated
thanx for the help guys

For Cal Poly SLO, transfer engineering student stats for 2010 is:

Avg GPA: 3.52
1389 transfer students applied, 165 accepted, 11.8% acceptance rate

http://www.ess.calpoly.edu/_admiss/Pdf/Profile10_51910.pdf

It will be problematic for someone with below 3.0 GPA to be competitive in transfer admission. It will probably be even more competitive this year due to enormous budget cuts.

hmm in that case
wat other schools would be good for aerospace or electrical engineering that would be easier to get into?

For easier but still very solid engineering schools, I would suggest SJSU, CSULB, CP Pomona, SDSU
