Hello,

Prospective Major: Biochem/Chem/ChemE AND/OR comp sci (I know, impacted, hence the OR)

Future plans: MD/PhD. Between being a doc or a prof. I want the comp sci to potentially go into that field separately if I wish or to combine it with the sciences so I can write software for use in research/education. Very into programming/IT, but currently only know Java at the intermediate level. I'm between these two passions, and would like to pursue both at some point; but if I have to make a choice, then the choice will be made based on which major I am accepted into.

Current Credentials:
Undergrad ASU CS/Biochem Double Major
5 yr Volunteer at a VERY well-respected hospital (recs are easily attainable by either nurses or vol office)
Have researched in the past, going to pick back up in fall
Member Phi Kappa Phi
Member AMSA
Self-employed tutor in Math/Sciences
Barrett Honors College
GPA 3.7
83 credit hours accumulated
Year: Second sem Sophmore (lots of AP's, though, hence the >80 hours)

Summer Plans:
Two Sci Classes (Bio/phys)
Volunteer
Self Study C/C++/additional Java
Brush up on Calc
Tutor
Perhaps an additional hospital internship/shadow if I can nail something down within the next week/two weeks
Research either at my current hospital or at my uni for summer

So hopefully this gives you a decent picture of where I am currently at. For most schools, I am pushing the limit now of being a viable transfer student with these 83 credits I have. I'm liable to take at least 24-30 more over this next year. Is it possible for me to squeeze into any of these cali schools by fall/spring? If I don't, with the large amount of credits I have accumulated, am I even eligible for transfer by fall 2015? I suppose worst case scenario I could renounce a bunch of my AP's. But the difficulty here is I have several requirements to keep up with: those of CLAS (biochem reqs), Fulton Engineering (comp reqs), the honors college reqs, and then the prereqs for the UC schools themselves, who require tons of physics/math to be completed before even being considered for a sci major. This means I'm accumulating quite a lot of credits in hopes of satisfying all of these simultaneous requirements. I'd prefer to go into these schools in the prospective majors mentioned above, but even if someone knows of a different angle I could take here (perhaps bio?) then that sort of recommendation is also welcome.

Most of all, I'd like to simply know my chances of getting into each of the following: UCSD, UCLA, UCB, and USC, given my current credentials. If I am not where I need to be, please make any helpful suggestions for improvement.
