So, I just got my letter today informing me that I was "rejected" from the Spring Semester for 2008 but I was offered a spot as a Guaranteed Transfer in the Fall of 2008.
Just because I believe some people would be interested...
I applied for the Policy Analysis and Management Major
I am currently a University of Delaware Student
I had a 3.8 my last Spring semester by my Cumulative I have a 3.5
I row for my school (if that helps at all in admission)
SATs and SAT IIs were pretty much a stereotypical Korean scores... High math average english
High school sucked... haha
Essays were very well researched, and showed that I knew a lot about their program, and why it was right for me...I did my homework

So I dont know whether to be happy or not...
I was accepted to Lehigh, William and Mary, and Boston College but I really wanted to go to Cornell...
I have two options...go to one of the above schools and see how I do next semester and in the case things dont work out I still have the opportunity of a solid education from these schools
My next option is go to my state school for the cheap tuition (NJ) Rutgers and just hold my breath for a semester and get out of there ASAP with a 3.3 or higher.

I do not know much about the GT process so can anyone give me advice on what I should do?
Are GT's usually successfully? Do I have to go through the SAME application process again or are their GT applications?

I would appreciate any feedback... thanks!
