Calpoly SLO confusion!

I am a US citizen but I have studied in a school outside the US. I'm applying as a US freshman and not International Student for the Fall 2014 term. Do I need to submit transcripts as a part of my application?

I know it mentions no where on the website that US freshmen must submit transcripts, but then I came across this PDF which says otherwise:

<a href="http://www.sbcc.cc.ca.us/transfercenter/CPSLO%20Intl%20Students%20App%20Instructions.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.sbcc.cc.ca.us/transfercenter/CPSLO%20Intl%20Students%20App%20Instructions.pdf</a></p>

Here, it specifically says even DOMESTIC students with an INTERNATIONAL education must not fill in the courses taken at intl high school, but instead send them an email after applying regarding transcripts, etc.

I am very confused, because I did not see anything like this on their website, and I really don't know what to do.

You’re right - it’s confusing. Send the admissions office an email explaining your situation and asking what to do.
