My two physics got 2.9 and 2.6 at first time, but I retake both of them and both get 4.0 second time.I am going to start my diff equation next quarter. Do I have any chance?thank u.

@xinyaoli did you make sure you satisfied the rest of the transfer requirements for the Penn St. department you are applying to?

If you are an international student, you will also have to submit proof of English proficiency, in which info can be found [ulr=http://admissions.psu.edu/admissions/index.cfm/info/future/international/requirements/#english]here[/url].

thank u for your replied. These classes are prerequisites,I have finished the two english compostion classes in two year college. Is that an option of english proficiency?

From the page MITer linked, it looks to me like that counts if it’s an American school at which you took the English classes:
“U.S. College or University: Completed two years of full-time academic coursework at a U.S. college or university and have a grade of C (2.0) or higher in a standard English composition course”

Whoops, didn’t realize the typo in the embedded link.

As long as you submit the transcripts, you should be fine.
