Can I apply as a junior transfer if I'm rejected as a sophomore transfer?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I just finished my freshman year and are looking into transferring into another college in spring semester sophmore year. My question is, if I get rejected from that, can I reapply to the same schools as a junior transfer? Here are the schools on my list:</p>

<p>1.University of I. Urbana Champaign
2.Carnegie Mellon
3.Georgia Tech
4.Cornell </p>

<p>Of course but it’s significantly harder to transfer as a junior v a sophomore. There’s less slots because they’ll spend less time at the school.</p>
