Can I consider MSU my safety?

So I don't want to offend anyone, nor do I want to stir up anything. I just want to know if my chances are high enough to "surely" get it (assuming I don't commit a crime)
-Took the hardest classes in my school- full IB program
-I will end junior year with 3.7-3.8 UW GPA
-26 ACT
-I have over 100 hours in community service, and I've shadowed a doctor, I've also held multiple leadership positions for the last 3 years
-In NHS
-Michigan resident
-Will apply super early so I can get into Lyman Briggs

I know my stats fall more toward the middle (3.6 GPA, 24 ACT is the average), but MSU is a less competitive state school, meaning their average is broad (3.5-3.8 GPA, 23-28 ACT). Do you think I can basically be "guaranteed" admissions? I have strong essay writing skills, so I'm not too worried about the essay.

Yes, you can consider it your safety.

Yeah you should be fine.

msu has rolling admissions beginning in august…you should have a decision before EA and ED deadlines at most schools.
