Im in seventh grade and the year is almost over, im studying for the SSAT in the beggining of next year. My grades are good, with all of them at A- or above, and ive received high honors every quarter of the year in 7th and 6th grade (except once in 6th grde i only got honors). I play a bunch of sports but i only play soccer competitevly, having won numerous tournements, i am condfident i can get letters of reference/recomendation from all of my teachers. i play the piano, ive been playing for three years and i am now playing some of the chopin etudes and preludes and ive won medals and prizes in various piano competition, ive won prizes in the national french exam (medals) in 6th grade. i love to read, i read books such as candide, orwell, and dostoevsky. I think i am pretty well rounded, but thats my opinion, plus my school sends around 5 students a year to lawrenceville, as the academics are well know for being advanced. i am in the top math class in my grade which is an accelerated course for Algebra 1 but we also learned about half the stuff in the algerbra 2 course, ill be taking accelerated geometry next year. I really want to go to lawrenceville and i want to know (preferably from current lawrenceville students) if the school would value somebody who got a perfect or near perfect score on the SSAT, and if you think i could get n to lawrenceville? Thank you.

you might want to move this to the Prep School Admissions section, there is an abundance of people there who know a bunch about Lawrenceville , I think there are even some current students…

Try the prep school section…this one is for colleges.
